Their products are low in fat, nutrient dense and naturally delicious. Flatbreads are traditionally hand-made in wood-fired oven kilns and served with an assortment of dips and vegetables. Straus Dairy cream is used for their own rich crème fraiche flavor. Fantastic cheese pairings include Brillat Savarin, Cave Aged Gruyere or Emmental. Kalamata Olive Sourdough:Divina organic olives are hand pitted and minced, then kneaded into the bread. A true olive flavor complements cheeses like fresh Chevre, Humboldt Fog and creamy Crescenza. Rosemary and Olive Oil Sourdough: Classic Mediterranean flavors of rosemary and olive oil come from sweet, fresh, dried rosemary leaves that are kneaded into the dough.
