We’ve diced and packaged our cheese into manageable ¼ inch pieces for convenience, so you can easily regulate the amount that goes into each recipe. Make summer sausage, snack sticks, franks, brats, hot dogs or burger patties with a cheesy surprise inside! Directions: Use one pound of cheese per 10-12 pounds of meat or 10% of product weight for a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Add to ground meat right before stuffing. Excess product can be frozen if needed; freeze flat for best results. Expiration date is printed on package.
